The animal feed factory “Farmofit” from Gradiska recognized the role and importance of the project “Agripreneur”, which is implemented by the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Banja Luka and financed by the Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Considering the goal of the project, which refers to the provision of support to young leaders in the domestic agricultural sector, “Farmofit” on its own initiative proposed to the project team a partnership in training and strengthening future agri-entrepreneurs.

In the mentioned project, Farmofit will play the role of a friend of the project, which will provide support for its implementation in several ways. First of all, the professional staff of “Farmofit” will hold guest lectures for project users, in areas such as starting a business in agriculture, the importance and role of marketing in agribusiness, while special attention will be paid to the conditions required by the modern labor market in the agricultural sector. Furthermore, Farmofit will provide gift materials for all project users, as well as a cash prize for the best business plan, which will be selected at the end of the project implementation.

In this way, “Farmofit” will contribute to the fulfillment of one of its strategic goals, which is related to the provision of support to young farmers, who are already taking the lead in the domestic agricultural sector to a significant extent.
