Main beneficiaries of the project are young agricultural professionals who are working in primary agricultural production on their own farms, clusters, companies, educational institutions and have the potential to become leaders in agricultural sector in their region. These are young people with a degree in agriculture who are engaged in their own business in the field of agriculture or manage certain organizations or projects related to agriculture.

In the process of open selection, the following criteria shall apply:

• Participants from both groups will be 20-35 years old.

• Business owners or are engaged in an organization or company (a program that deals with agriculture)

• Balanced female-male relationship

• From all regions of BiH (appropriate geographic coverage)

• Involved in different types of agricultural areas
